Service Agreement

By booking driving lessons with Drive2Pass, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Booking & Scheduling

  • Lessons must be booked in advance
  • We will confirm your booking via phone or email
  • Lesson times are subject to instructor availability
  • We reserve the right to reschedule lessons due to weather or safety concerns

Cancellation Policy

  • 24 hours notice required for cancellations
  • Less than 24 hours notice may result in lesson charges
  • No-shows will be charged the full lesson fee
  • Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of booking or before the lesson
  • Package deals must be paid in full before the first lesson
  • Refunds are available for unused lessons with 48 hours notice
  • All prices include GST unless otherwise stated

Student Requirements

  • Must hold a valid learner licence or higher
  • Must be physically and mentally fit to drive
  • Must follow instructor directions at all times
  • Must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Lesson Details

  • Standard lesson duration is 50 minutes
  • Pickup and drop-off provided within service areas (customer address)
  • Lessons available 7 days a week, 8am - 6pm
  • Package deals must be used within 6 months of purchase

Vehicle & Insurance

  • All lessons are conducted in our fully insured, dual-control vehicles
  • Students are covered by our comprehensive insurance during lessons
  • Any damage caused by negligent or reckless behavior may be charged to the student

Liability

Drive2Pass provides driving instruction services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for:

  • Test results or licence outcomes
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Personal items left in vehicles
